Description

We have over 30 years experience in the reconditioning of APV homogenisers.

We understand that our customer's operate differently and have very different margins therefore we now offer four different options when supplying these machines.

Option 1- “sold as seen”
Machine is from stock with no work carried out on it
(No Warranty Offered)

Option 2 - “serviced”
“As is” machine with full service to include:
· Full clean
· All seals to be replaced
· Oil and filter change
· Test run for 2 hours
(Guaranteed Start Up)

Option 3 – "fully reconditioned"
Machine fully reconditioned to include:
· Machine to be fully stripped
· All parts to be assessed and reworked as necessary
· All components to be cleaned and painted where appropriate
· Machine to be fully rebuilt
· Test run for 16 hours
(Twelve months parts Warranty Offered)

Option 4 - “fully remanufactured”
As is machine to be fully remanufactured to include:
· Machine to be fully stripped
· Frame to be fully de-painted and checked
· Main gears checked and reworked/replaced as necessary
· Crankshaft to be checked reground as required
· Con rods to be checked and relined as required
· Driveshaft and bushes to be checked and replaced if necessary
· Complete new oil lubrication system to be fitted inc pump
· Frame and internals to be repainted
· Motor to be rewound or replaced
· New pulleys and drive belts to be fitted
· All seals to be replaced
· New pistons to be fitted
· Gauges to be replaced
· New cylinder block to be fitted - 1 year guarantee
· Test run on water for one week
(1 year parts warranty on engine and 1 year warranty on block)
