Description

The Technogel FF10E fruit feeder will handle ice cream flowrates between 150-900 litres per hour and allow the addition of hard inclusions up to 10mm cubed by use of a reciprocating piston pump ensuring that the inclusions are treated as carefully as possible to avoid damage and cutting. Soft inclusions of a larger size may also be handled successfully.

The auger speed, pump speed and aftermixer speed are all controlled individually. The operator panel has a display showing the production parameters allowing the operator to set them during a production run.

The machine is fabricated entirely from stainless steel and is mounted on four castors for easy manoeuverability. Certain parts need removing to be cleaned, however, great attention has been given to these and so minimal dismantling is required.

Dimensions: 1485mm high x 545mm wide x 1050mm deep.
Power requirement is 3 phase 2.8kW
